Accor’s Board of Directors approved the demerger of the two businesses on June 29, 2010. Accor Services has changed its name to Edenred. As the world leader in the Prepaid Market, Edenred became an independent entity group company.
This new identity will enable us to assert our position as a unique, independent and global leader in the Prepaid Market. Backed by our 50 years of expertise in prepaid services, we can focus on our business and customers thoroughly, and address future market with more innovation.
After the company name was changed worldwide, the business and organizational structure of Accor Services China remain unchanged. We are still the same company, and will fully focus on our business.
Prepaid Business:
After the company name was changed to Edenred, the “Red ball” keeps unchanged, the business in China keeps unchanged, and the Accor E card is still in use. We will also keep on innovation aimed at clients’ needs and develop our new products under the Product Family Brands as “Ticket Benefit”, “Ticket Compliments”, etc.
