On June 24th, Clarins Global Marketing group visited Edenred in Shanghai office. As part of Clarins retail expedition in China led by their Chief Marketing Officer, we welcomed the group which consists of Global CRM director, Digital marketing director and hosted a special workshop for Clarins for fully grasp the vibrant growth of China retail & customers.
During the workshop, we were glad to share the current China retail market and its outlook, the new retail concept (AI, Omni-channel, WeChat ecosystem, Super APP platforms) and best practices. In terms of Edenred, we introduced our awards-winning CRM 4.0 product family which is the ideal choice for SMEs to catch up the new retail digital transformation and quickly builds up the CRM platform for SMEs. Clarins team was greatly impressed by Smart InChain, the clientelling APP which now L’Occitane China is using. Clarins highly commented on this APP as “with Smart InChain, we believe it can truly realize the online-offline seamless shopping experience for customer and empower BAs to provide instant 1-on-1 recommendations that drive sales.” Although, the overall retail advancement are a bit slow in Europe, we are happy to see brands like Clarins are eager to get ready and be on the boat of the disruptive digital trend.
