Counterattack of the Clothing Industry in the New Retail Era


On March 27th, Loyalty Plus Academy successfully held its 12th offline CRM salon themed "Counterattack of the Clothing industry in the New Retail era". 

Focusing on the evolution and future trends of CRM4.0, the salon explored the disruptive impact of big data analysis and consulting on the Clothing industry and looked forward to the future of traditional clothing brands in the new retail context. 

Dean of Loyalty Plus Academy, Ms. Enjoyce Zhu host the event. As a founding member of Edenred China, Enjoyce is an expert in loyalty and CRM strategies. She provides excellent and innovative CRM strategies, improving consumer loyalty and retention rates while promoting business solution planning and business decision. 

First, Enjoyce talked about the evolution of CRM in China; next, she combined big data analysis and intelligence marketing strategy with project consulting and design, looking forward to the five major trends of CRM for the Clothing industry in 2019.
