On September 14th, Loyalty Plus Academy successfully held its 11th salon themed “Retail Innovation Redefining the Customer Experience”. Jack Zhang (Zhang Xiaofeng), the chief consultant of the Loyalty Marketing Academy, hosted the salon.
As the chief strategist of the Loyalty Plus Academy, Jack has more than 10 years’ experience in brand strategy consulting, data analysis and serves brand clients in the Asia Pacific region. Jack regularly analyzes the status quo and pattern on retail industry and refreshes the nature of the new retail thus to design the most foresight seeing strategy for brands.
Onsite of the event, it attracted guests from brands including Hermes, Estee Lauder, Bulgari, Swatch, Lagdale, Adidas, Lulu Lemon, Unilever, Goodyear, Lee Kum Kee, ZHENSHANMEI, Air Liquide, Yiou etc., sharing the insights of the new retail future innovation experience, and vigorously discussing the two focus topics of “people, goods, place” and “black technology”.
We were also honored to have Ms. Pan Qi from China UnionPay Merchant Services to share her views on the topic of “Comprehensive Payment Services in the New Retail Era”.
Via the salon, it creates a platform for brand professionals to both hear and share their view and experience and explore the best practice for brands to stay ahead of the fast changing retail environment.
