On 7th June, Loyalty Plus Academy successfully held its 10th CRM Salon themed “AI to Power New Retail”. Delphine Li, the consultant of Loyalty Plus Academy as well as the Account Director of Edenred, hosted the salon.
Talents from various brands including Häagen-Dazs, Ascott, Kipling, Total, CMM, Costa Crociere, Descente, Goodyear, Harley Davidson, Lagardere, Clobotics discussed the noteworthy of AI knowledge and development. In the end, it was the overwhelming conclusion that the application of New Retail has a bright future ahead.
The guests expressed enthusiasm and appreciation towards the opportunity to learn and communicate about “personalized communication”, which offered inspiration and valuable insights.
