On 24-25 October, Edenred China sponsored the 7th China Chain Brand Summit in Shenzhen with Luohu People’s Administration Bureau, China Foundation for Human Rights Development, Shenzhen Smart Retail Association etc. Edenred China COO, Enjoyce Zhu was invited to share with 1,700 brand professionals the essence of CRM4.0 in the new retail era.
Enjoyce gave a speech that concentrated on “CRM4.0, revealing the essence of New Retail”. In the beginning, Cases were used to illustrate the evolution from CRM1.0 to CRM4.0 in China. Then, Enjoyce further explained how it developed from stressing” Customers Services” to “Maximizing Customers Value” and emphasized how digital methods creating individual experience of consumers in O2O.
At the conference, Edenred China set up an exhibition area to showcase the newly-developed CRM4.0 family products and keep good communication with participants, enabling visitors to have a comprehensive and deep understanding of these new retailing empowerment technology and tool.
